Consultation Form

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had a wonderful start to the term this week and would like to thank you for your support in making this happen. The children’s punctual attendance, uniform standards, and conduct have been impeccable. At Westside, we are incredibly ambitious for our students, and our strong partnership is key to their success. To help strengthen this collaboration, we are pleased to offer regular Parent/Family Consultation Sessions with our Headteacher, Mr. Matsangos, and Assistant Headteacher, Mr. Prempeh. These sessions will take place each week starting next at the following times:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:30 – 10:30 AM
• Wednesdays: 1:30 PM

Please can you complete the form below with the preferred time you would like to attend the consultation.

If these times are not convenient, please don’t hesitate to request an alternative slot that works for you.
